OttoFix offers returns on products purchased from ottofix.store for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. All sale, sample sale, custom and discounted items are final sale. All items being sent back must be unworn, have no signs of wear and damage, and in original condition with any tags attached (if product arrived with tags) and in original packaging. Worn, scratched and damaged pieces will not be accepted and OttoFix has the right to deny and send back any items to sender which do not meet these conditions. We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.
How to Return an Item
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and items you wish to return.
2. Our customer service team will send you a prepaid return label and a return form to print and fill out.
3. Please return your item in a small box or envelope or it’s original packaging. Oversized and large boxes will not be accepted as this increases our shipping rates.
4. Once the item has been received back to us you will receive a store credit by email.
